This lovely 1990s dress by April Cornell is a flowy red/beige floral paisley rayon, and features long sleeves and ragged trim at the sleeves cuffs and hem (there is a finished hem above the ragged trim). This dress has buttons at the waist for a belt, but it's missing from the dress. Best fits medium (labeled small)
